Agreed.
The storyline was way to predictable and shallow.
On top of that, it was written so crappy.

It was just like every other vampire novel:
vamprie is handsome
girl falls in love with said vampire
then has an inner struggle to join him or not

BORING!

It's all a bit of overhyped vampire fanfic. to be honest.
Enjoyable at times, but well written-no.
