Yup rocket fuel Hahaha! just messin but yeah it has that sharp smell to it but when you drink it you can taste the starch from the rice. It taste way better than wine too, well dessert wine is good but really sugary.

Well not all drinking is bad, alcohalism is bad.

A glass of wine a day is good (Red wine, although white wine has more of a subtle taste).

Beer is bad, calories. Yet one beer a day is an antidepressant, so it will take away stress.

Your liver will only wear down if it doesn't flush out the alcohol, if you don't drink enough water or protein. Plus a glass of red wine never makes it to your liver anyways, it gets absorbed in your stomach.

It really depends on how much you drink and how long.
If you drink large amounts of sake then your body starts burning up and you start sweating but you don't get that awful smell like beer. It sorta smells more like nail polish remover or something along those lines.
I love Kai rice Vodka, stuff is amazingggg.

Not be an alarmist, Hyakushi, but if someone's breath smells like nail polish remover (acetone) there could be a serious medical problem. It means their blood sugar is way off. If its strong, you might want to consider getting help.

Actually, I do notice people's breath when they have been drinking sake and depending on the sake it can be rather unpleasant..... but usually its when the sake aroma in cup is also unappealing to me. And I agree, it amplifies the smell of anything eaten with it, too.

I'm sorry but I've smelled Sake breathe before. I didn't like it at all. To me it smelled very bad, not as bad as beer breath though. Which Confused me.

I was wondering, you say that beer is a stress reliever and a glass of red wine is good for you but does Sake have any things that are good for you in a small ammount? Just curious.
