...then again, Japan needs all the children it can get, so... I dunno.

Are you really sure it's worth a soul? Why not sell your soul for something you know is gonna make you happier than a working visa?

Just out of curiosity, why do you need a working visa? If you're of proper age to work, then why? You don't have to answer. :)

I am pretty sure it would turn out like a Jinn and would got something aweful in my wish. So the perfect bargain for my soul can't happened.

The definition of soul Salvanas gives seems flawed to me and because of that, the answers thus far are flawed.

Quote:

I'm going by the definition that our soul is our emotions (personality). So, when we lose our soul, we lose the main emotions.

So no more anger, sadness, love. So on, so on. You can ofcourse feel pain still. And you still have all bodily functions. And the mind to think. Just no emotions.

Note: However, when it comes to something like you enjoying something you're eating, then i'm not too sure. That counts as happiness, but does it?
I would say that such a mind could not be self-conscious as even contentment is an emotion, and all emotions are products of our self awareness or at the very least, awareness of our surroundings.

So essentially.. in selling your soul as Salvanas puts it... you are selling your ability to be aware of yourself (even in the most primal sense) and your surroundings.

There is nothing that I'd sell that for.

The phrase "selling your soul" is simply a term used to describe the act of betraying or contradicting a principle or quality which one deems (or is perceived to deem) as essential.

In that sense... I would only sell my soul if my very survival, or the survival of someone I really cared about depended on it. Even then it would depend on the circumstances.

Its a pretty standard immigration law. If you wish to emigrate to another country and work or live in said country, you need to obtain the appropriate visa.

Japan:
MOFA: Visa

Canada:
Canadian Immigration Policy, Rules and regulations.

USA:
Visa Home

And so forth.

Some countries are quite strict with their immigration laws, which makes it more difficult to obtain the visa you wish/require.

Browse through the 'Living in Japan' section if you want to read more about what is required to actually live/work there.

Ronin, when are you going to change your avatar?

... Your personality we perceive here no longer fits the picture of the "cute retard" look you're going for...

Um... OK... I'll take that as a compliment.

I won't be changing my avatar anytime soon.
