Apparently, I've got an 8 on me...
 

In Kanji, and in the form of a scar I got about 5 years ago. People have always been asking me if it was intentional or what it means, but I just tell them it was from an accident, though I've sometimes wondered about it. Well today I was home alone all day after a sleepless night, and decided I'd search the internet to see if it has any meaning. So it's an eight. Shows how much Japanese I know... :o

It's on the right side of my right bicep and is about 1.75" long, though it's oriented upside down and tilted a little counterclockwise (assuming my arm is at my side.)

I'm still not sure what to think about it, I'm just hoping I don't look like a jackass posting this somehow. So anyways, here it is. :confused:

I've got tons of interesting scars all over me but none of them resemble kanji. Maybe I should look into Arabic or something.

Duuude, go to the south of China (Hong Kong, or Macau maybe) and do business or play at the casinos! 8 is a lucky number for many Cantonese folk. And of course, Kanji comes from Chinese Characters, so 8 is the same in Chinese. :)

Hehe :D. Well ironically enough, I got it on my way to a "convenience" store when a dog chased me and pulled me off my bike. :rolleyes: I'm not sure what particular part of the crash caused this scar though, since I also had most the skin torn off my knees and elbows. :eek:

Anyways, the gambling in China plan sounds fun. :cool: Too bad it's just unpractical at the moment. :(
