How has Twilight Attacked ur town?

Twilight in NC isnt that extreme but the stores are like stocked with all of these twilight, new moon things! I mean from b-day stuff to burger king cups! Its just CRAZI! Im surprised that they havent had an in flatable edward floating around! I heard that its even more extreme in other countrys so let me know! My english teacher HATES the whole twilight saga,! She thinks its dreadful! But i dissagree! Im not a #1 twilight fan, but i like the book series.

I don't let it bother me but Stephenie Meyer is a hack who goofed up the vampire legend.

The only way Twilight is noticeable is through unavoidable corporate advertisements (Safeway, Burgerking, Etc.)

I'd say the Twilight series is more appealing commercially than as an actual piece of literature.

Its just some middle-aged womans sexual fantasy.

Nyororin 11-22-2009 02:13 AM

So apparently the sexual fantasies of middle age women have a huge appeal to teens? I understand that is the demographic most obsessed with the stuff.

Here in Japan I`ve barely seen anything to do with it. I think I spotted a little poster in the corner of a shop telling when the first DVD would be out.
No, wait, I think the tiny picture was in a used book store as it was pushing discounted novels.

Really not much publicity here.
