I'm not sure if creepy is strong enough..

It's very dangerous to walk alone at night where I live.

We have a lot of problems with mixed Islandar's and aboriginals targetting Japanese and Korean students riding bikes home form their work.

It is not unusual for a Japanese or Korean male or female to be assaulted, bashed, raped..
