Any good website to find online writing or design jobs?

elance.com has some great writing postings for jobs.

I mean a free site.

I've dabbled in internet marketing here and there.

Go to warriorforum.com and make a post in the "Warriors for Hire" sections saying that you want to write articles or design websites or whatever.

They'll probably want samples of work (websites you've made or writing samples) so be prepared to back yourself up.
