Donation

Hello,
I am leaving Japan on April 20th and would like to
know how to donate my household stuff. They are
all very clean and only 1 year old. I am giving
them away for free but you need to pick it up:
1 washing machine (5.0kg)
1 small refrigerator
2 small wicker/rattan chairs
2 small chairs
1 light Ikea sofa - can be used as a bed
Thanks, Wakatta:ywave: :ywave:

You can try posting that on craigslist too. I know I've seen similar posts to this there. Good luck!

I actually would recommend neither. I just don't see why OP would want to advertize to less than 1% of the population. OP could get fairly busy making appointments for different people to come in and take a look at maybe just one or two of the items he wants to get rid of.

I would recommend calling a recycled goods store and have its people come over and buy all of the items on the spot. Looking at the list, I'm sure they will take everything right away.
