Examples of japanese ramen carts?
I'm considering opening up a japan style ramen cart they have out on the streets in Japan, except I want it to be mobile, sort of like a Taco Truck we are all familiar with in the states.
I've plan on buying a cheap truck and retrofitting it to look like a ramen cart so when it parks you can sit down and eat freshly cooked ramen. Does anybody mind posting some examples of what some modern japanese ramen carts look like? |
Found this one with a quick google search, but I have seen them a lot smaller than this. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4019/...abb622c086.jpg
In fact just look at all the pics, they might give you some ideas. Google Image Result for http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4019/4218295277_abb622c086.jpg Also, copy and paste this: 屋台ラーメン in google images and you should get some more. |
