I take a shower each morning and a bath each night. I have to wash my hair and shave each day before work, and a bath feels good after a ride home after work in a crowded train, or on my bicycle.

Definitely a yes since its part of overall personal hygene

I grew up in California and always took a shower in the morning (and sometimes the odd shower after sports or working out or the beach or something).
Since I've come to Japan, that's changed. In the fall and spring, I shower in the morning (with the occasional night shower). In the winter, definately night. In the summer, in the morning (and usually in the afternoon or night just to cool/rinse off). |
I live in the South, unfortunately, so I have to shower every day. ><
My showers are almost always in the morning, that way I don't have to do damage control on my bedhead the next day. :P |
I taks showers at night. For me, it's more convienent that way. With 30 minutes to get ready in the morning, only 20 if I sleep in, I have no time for a shower in the morning (plus, I can't rush my showers, I need to stay in at least 15 minutes to feel clean).
Sleeping isn't too dirty. I'm sure I can stay clean until the morning ;) |
I take showers at night but I don't wash my hair, that has to be done in the morning. I always end up leaving for work with wet hair. Sucks in the winter.

It's preference...
I don't really sweat a lot, and when I do it doesn't really smell. I just shower in the morning. Starts the day. I find if I shower at night I hate the feel of my hair in the morning. Some people shower twice a day. Some at night. Quote:

I take my shower every morning. If I get home from work and feel dirty, I'll take another shower before bed but I don't wash my hair the 2nd time. Bad for the scalp. Lol

I work out after work so i take showers at night but sometimes depending on what iv been doing ill take one in the morning too.
