Because no one writes names converted into Japanese using the English alphabet. If you want to write your name using the English alphabet, write it "Jessie".

If you want to write your name in Japanese, then ジェシー .

You don't need a Japanese name to have your name written in Japanese. Isn't that what the thread is about? OP has been given the correct answer although she doesn't seem to understand.
