Please help to translate these symbols
 
Dear Users.
My name is Cat and I am from Russia.
I am very fond of chineese and japaneese.
A friend of mine decided to make a tatoo and we would like to ask respcted community to help us wih understanding of these two symbols

That is NOT Japanese.

It means "Daddy" in Chinese.

They are simmilar, does it mean daddy daddy, or they two mean only one word daddy

No, Japanese and Chinese are NOT similar. They are NOT even related to each other linguistically. Study both and you will know what I was talking about today.

It means just "Daddy".
