I am writing now on my iPad while sitting in a room in Tokyo which is full of Japanese girls. No, I don't wish that I was Japanese, the very thought of being a Japanese male is depressing.

I maybe sometimes wish I looked Japanese, but that it. I am quite happy being Scottish. I've good my accent & I've got.......erm.....well, thats all I've got in my view. I'm sure other people think I've got more.

cant say i do...closest thing was when i was like 7 i wanted to be a japanese/chinese dragon but what 7 year old boy didnt want to be a dragon!!! actually scrap that. I still want to be a dragon

but on a serious note...no I think where you're from shouldnt matter its about where your going and who you are thats important. If you think life would be easier or something by simply being japanese your in for a world of hurt (assuming that people can make you switch ethnic)

it's kinda strange that ur living in japan, and posting in a Japanese dedicated forum, yet ur completely dissing japanese people. it makes no sense.

didnt seem like he was dissing japanese people to me =\ the way he referenced the girls I thought it was a suggestion that none japanese males are exotic to japanese females like the way in many other countrys and culture

Well I am happy with who I am but I have before, I have gotten jealous of Japanese girls before thinking "She is so pretty why can't I look like her!" But it's okay now because I know every race is beautiful and every person wants what they don't have. It sometimes comes back when I see Japanese singers I like or watch Japanese movies or dramas, but I think every girl does that so it's normal. I have been so jealous of Japanese girls' noses and eyes and a lot of other features, but I know there are some Japanese girls jealous of American features. So we should just accept everyone and be happy who we are!

But if I could be Japanese to legally live there then yes I would definitely! But not just Japanese, there are a lot of places around the world I really wish I could live!! I can't stand where I live and constantly think "it's not fair!!" But all I can do is travel and see the world anyway.

I agree with BakaTensei. I don't think Sangetsu was trying to be racist or offensive. I think he just worded his thoughts wrong.
