I don't follow who you are... Are you a Japanese people who came in Belgium or do you learn English?
J'ai pas trop suivi qui tu es... Tu es un Japonais qui est venu en Belgique ou bien tu apprends l'anglais?

I'm also 17 and I also learn English (not at the moment actually, I'm practising it on forums and etc..., I may start to learn Japanese soon)
J'ai aussi 17 ans et j'apprends aussi l'anglais (pas en ce moment, je suis en train de m'éxercer sur les forums et etc..., Je pourrais peut-être commencer à apprendre le Japonais bientôt)

Where are you from/Where do you live in Belgium?
