New Year Resolutions Anyone?

Do you make resolutions?

do you usually manage to keep them?

I can't say that I do--no will power.

Do the Japanese make New Year resolutions do you know?

One resolution I will keep is to cease making resolutions! One never really keeps up with the "other" kind....

I always keep mine.. And i will make a new one this year..
I promise not to jerk off even once for a whole year :)
Thats a good promise...

No resolutions. I only have one thing I wanna do in 2011, and it's start watching Dexter and Fringe.

Why is it good to stop one's self from masturbating?

well i think it is good to have some goals :)) spirit to keep things going, but nothing like, i will totally change, learn x languages and pressure myself to death.

my ressolution is to improve my french by reading french literature, start serious with japanese and get myself into university :D that would all be good things :).

I hope i find a path in life to take and go to japan, but i doubt any will happen.

I usually take resolution that I end up forgetting. But for 2011, I want to live. What I mean is that I want to accomplish whatever I wanted to do in the past and couldn't or didn't have time to do because of college and university. First off, I want to try the JLPT N3 in december 2011 (in Canada, we can't try it in July, unfortunately). Then, I want to get my permanent job and maybe try out for my licenses... it's been 5 years now and I'm still with my temp...

I have plenty of goals in life but I don't worry about something like the New Year to think about them or decide to put them in place. It's just another date to me with little importance.
