Have any of you heard or used or are familiar with the japanese sotai health method?
If you have used Sotai at all how did you find it. There are some classes on offer not far from me and I wondered if it would be worthwhile trying it out. Sotai - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |

I've tried the following:
shiatsu accupuncture - both Japanese and Chinese style seitai chiropractic and I've had sekkotsu (Japanese bone-setting) done on me by a judoka. However it's the first time I've heard of sotai. If you do find some good treatment methods for a chronic neck pain, I'd definitely appreciate you posting them. |

I will write what is said on this flyer for attending Sotai Workshops.
The technique which Moriko is now introducing is a new version of Sotai. It's a unique ever evolving system of treatmen developed from the original technique by Mr Miura, the most highly qualified teacher of Sotai in Japan. Sotai is a technique for restoring balance to the body by re-awakening its sense of pleasure through manipulation and corrective body movement. It gently guides the body to recover its best most atural structure. One to one therapeutic sessions with a practitioner gives the most benefit. Special Sotai techniques can also be used with more serious conditions where people are unable to move their body freely. Maybe it is like the alexander technique or gestalt therapy? |
