Japanese Dissertation Questionnaire

Hi!

I hope it's OK for me to post this here! :confused:

I am studying BA(Hons) Japanese & TESOL and I am researching the Japanese diet and lifestyle vs the Western diet and lifestyle for my dissertation. However, I am still very short on Western results.

I seem to have brought back a truck load of Japanese responses from Japan. ^^;

I am looking to take up a few moments of your time...if you could please fill in my anonymous questionnaire?
