I need help determening an area in Japan.

Currently i have a friend in japan and she has been telling me allot about the area she is in. so far she has only sent me one picture and she wants me to figure out by the picture, which city she is currently living in. Unfortunately i can only speak Japanese. not read it so I'm stumped could anyone help?

she said if i find out i could come visit her and she would pay the air fair. I've only been to japan once and that was only the tourist side of Tokyo.

That looks like Kamakura or Zuuchi to me.

These train stations all look the same! Is Saitama in Tokyo or is it a city?
