Pretty much any standard stuff is fine; laptop charger, phone charger, etc.
Since you're dealing with a Macbook, the normal charger (the one that "pops," will be fine, but you can't use the thick extender cable (polarized). iPhone is fine too, if you're really concerned you can just charge it from your Macbook. The only major thing you need to look out for is if your plugs are polarized (have the round third prong in the middle). Japanese outlets don't have those.
