As for dermatitis by the radiation, the hospital that can treat is limited.

I heard about this report a week ago and I can believe it can happen. Hospitals have turned away patients they don't want to treat in the past. That, added to the paranoia that people can have when they're not fully informed of something can lead to these occurrences....
