Shin Yokohama - Help Please
 

Hello All, I am going on a business trip next week to Shin Yokohama.

I am trying to book myself into a hotel close to 222-0033 which has a gym which opens early morning (06.00 to 07.00am), but I cannot find such a hotel, any hotel suggestions please?

Failing that, are there any gyms....close to 222-0033 which are of a good western standard, where I could turn up and pay each day (where an Englishman would be welcome)......and if so, does it / they open early etc.

Any help would be most appreciated :)

Ps - Any parks in Shin Yokohama for running etc? :)

Shin Yokohama is just the new JR Station in Yokohama. It's not a place per se.
