Japanese art- need help please

Hello- I have two older Japanese prints or originals and I have not been able to identify the artist or the studio. I would greatly appreciate some help identifying these works. I have attached an image. Thanks in advance, Bryan

The one on left is by Seien Arakawa.

No idea about the other. Larger pic of the signature may help.
