Bought a bakeable snack, need help. -

Ok, so I bought these bakeable kit kats for a friend, however it didn't dawn on me to ask if they had a toaster oven, which they don't. The only instructions I've found online are to bake them in a 1000w toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes without preheating.
My question is; is there another way to bake/make these snacks without using a toaster oven? Click here for pictures of the package

It depends on what you have.
Anyway, Kit kats have to be in hot air until the color of surface turns to brown. (I'm not sure. I just guess and did not try it.)
