um...no offence or anything, but the law is crap....you have to take matters into your own hands if you want anything done!!!!........here in the "good old"..U.S. .....drug dealers and users recieve harsher punnishments than murder/ rapists!!!!.......they can go free within five years if found guilty, but the average time for a convicted drug dealer is like 25 years!!!!......how is that justice???...........oooooh....Clint eastwood is the coolest!!!!!:rheart:

It happened about a month ago. Luckily for me the car was not going very fast and so my injuries weren't too bad. It took 2 days off work and then 2 and a half weeks of taking it easy and I healed.

Totally. Most people here don't wear a helmet. Helmet wearing was drilled into me as a child the same way seatbelt wearing was, so I was wearing a helmet when I got hit.

Then I went to the store and bought a better helmet and a backlight (I think Japan only requires a front light) even though I was hit during the day.

Did you know that in Japan, the police can hold you in jail for 23 days without charging you?
