Sapporo New Chitose Airport to Otaru -

We plan to go from Sapporo New Chitose Airport to Otaru by JR train.
(1) is the domestic flight terminal in the airport close to JR station? (2) can I reserve the train tickets online for our trip from New Chitose Airport to Otaru? If yes, how? Many thanks.

フロアマップ | 新千歳空港ターミナルビル Arrival gates are on 1st floor and 2nd floor. Find the blue boxes with number 1 to 5 on 1st floor and brown boxes with A to E on 2nd floor which correspond to air lines.
