I noticed it.
We went up to the northern coast to get away from the typhoon that was coming, and what do you know - a big freaking earthquake happens up there.

Argh.

But I also wasn`t surprised at all. It was Niigata. They seem to get a big earthquake every few weeks recently.
When the house shook (we weren`t in Niigata, but their neighboring prefecture) I said "I bet that Niigata just had a big earthquake." - And I was right.
