Yes, the SWO needs to be gone. Its an insult to the others who merit it. And changing out those shoulderboards for some stripes wouldn't be without justification.
But I don't want her given the boot. She should be forced to stay and face those she looked down and address them as at least her peers, if not superiors. If she's given the boot she can hide in anonymity.
