Are you sure this is legit?

I know it sounds a bit sketchy, but this is legit.
The costs include tuition, textbooks, 1 way transportation by shinkansen, and the first week's room at the seminar house.
I've talked to the student who went last year, and he said that he spent more last year than we are this year. The advisor even came to CSUS to talk about it.
I don't know, it just sounds more promising than what they were offering at my school. They wanted $2500 for two weeks, and you don't even learn anything. It's mainly a "we are the only ones who do these kind of things in this area" kind of program.
