Tokyo Vacation Homes!!!
 

Hi everyone!!

I'm from Germany and will be planning to visit Tokyo very soon. Could anyone please recommend some vacation homes, as I don't really want to stay in a hotel. I found a good looking one in Nishi-Ogikuba and Nakano. But don't really know much about these places. Thanks!!

Tokyo is not a vacation home destination for Japanese people (very few of which can afford vacation homes). That's like asking for a vacation home in Manhattan.

Really? Those two areas are both very urban and crowded, especially Nakano. I find it hard to associate those areas with the term 'vacation homes'....

What do you exactly mean by 'vacation homes'? I would tend to think of houses in the mountains or near the beach...

i think he means one of those "gajin houses"
