discount car rental, Tohoku?
 

Hello Japan Forum members! I'm planning to arrive in Japan in late September and want to tour Northern Honshu, Tohoku area. I have been looking for a weekly rate for a car rental in Akita or Morioka and have found nothing less than $100 a day. Any suggestions?
