Hotel in Hakone. Sherloсk Holmes - SOS!
 

We are going to spend NY in Japan. I send fax to several hotels in Hakone area and have recieved the answer (in attachment) without sender identification.
The question - what hotel is this? Could anybody provide me it's address, phone number or something?

Thank you very much, I am sure you are absolutely right, but I am still confused.
This hotel was in my list, but its fax number which I know (82-3533) doesn't work, so I supposed I had not contact with it. At the same time, I sent faxes to several hotel using numbers: (460) 85-5060, 82-3517, 87－4126, 82-4739, 82-5376, 82-3266, 82-0260, 85-8666, 85-9121. I guess that one of them has redirect to hotel Choraku. I made a call to 82-2192, but they didn't speak english. So I still don't know, how I can contact with this hotel.

Mayby anybody could make a call to them and explaine
1) I am very happy to get a possibility of their service. I confirm that I and my daugther are going to check in 3 january and check out 5 january 2009. My name is Vladimir Mukoseev.
2) Ask them about working fax number, email adress or another option to contact with.

I would very grateful for that, as far as returning Southern Kuril islands to Japan.
