studio coast -

has anyone ever been to the concert hall studio coast in shin kiba, tokyo? it's connected to the club ageha. club ageha's site lists that you have to be 20+ to go in. does anyone know if that applies to studio coast as well? they don't say anything on their site. i really want to go to a concert there but i'm 17.
