It looks like he doesn't even speak English, judging by the piss poor grammar in his original post... and I seriously doubt he speaks even a bit of Japanese. He's just another weeaboo wanting to live in a country he knows nothing about.
I don't think calling someone in exile trying to escape with his life from a war-torn country to avoid prison or death a "weaboo" is very cool.
