Sugegasas in Nagoya
 

Does anyone know where I can find a sugegasa in Nagoya? I know that usually only those monks that stand on corners ringing their bell (creepy!) have them, and they probably make them themselves, but I was wondering where I could buy one, or if it's at all possible to buy at all.
