I walk around the shops and arcades shooting stills and video and don't get stopped. Just don't make a big deal out of it.

As a policy, if you ask the answer will almost always be no. I agree with dirtyroboto...just do it and apologize if they stop you.

I don't know how to browse Japanese website, anyone can help me find a price range for Canon EOS KISS X2. It can be new or second hand.

usually shop hours are 10-9 might close earlier not to sure about the city. But just to give you a heads up last time i was up that way we got locked out of our hotel because we got back too late, I think the doors closed at 12.

free with softbank and a 2 year contract. so probably come out more than a useless phone would be worth, or a touch would be worth.

Canon EOS KISS X2 is in the 60k円 range. or about $700

iphone is plan only as far as I know, and you would need an alien card ect.
You can buy some cool dummie phones in Akiba, they make great gifts.

10 mins platform to platform, and it costs 150円
You can use Yamanote or Keihin-Tohoku lines.
