yes.. they are. I think they started it around spring. I got some last july and my friend ordered online just last month.

I think I only saw Disney and One Piece when I checked one of its larger outlets several days ago.

I got some gundam shirts last july at uniqlo shibuya..
there were also evangelion, one piece , disney , naruto that time.
