You can probably hit two of those in a day, so what will you do the remaining 5 days?

How about visiting Kyoto and Mt.Fuji

Is it your first trip to Japan?
What are interesting things for you?

If you are interested in traditional Japanese culture,I recommed visiting
Kyoto city where traditional Japanese cultures are filled.

Shinkansen (bullet train) brings you Kyoto from Tokyo station in only about 3 hours.

And you can see Mt.Fuji from the window while you are Shinkansen.

It really depends on what you are interested in. I would recommend Kamakura and Yokohama as a part of your stay. Are you determined to only stay around Tokyo? Otherwise, I would go to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Kobe area (called Kansai) if you have the means and the time.

How about Asakusa in Tokyo?
Many foreigners visit there.

And I recommend to take Hato(pigeon) Bus.

There are tons of things you'll stumble upon that you never thought of

I did my checklist in Tokyo in two days but fell into things I would never had thought of, that proved to be the most memorable for me.

Seeing the priests address the ancestors in Meiji Jingu was not something I planned but it's a memory I cherish, you'll have to be there around 8:00am to see it, and it wasn't something I planned, I just walked out of my hotel and decided today we're taking a right turn here ... lets see where that goes to.

Just get out and explore, I found more things getting "lost" so to speak i.e. I knew where I was but it wasn't where I wanted to be. Take the subways or find a spot and sit and let the city pass by you'll never know what you see
