Neko Cafe in western Tokyo?
 

Having trouble finding good info in English, but I really wan to visit a Neko cafe. Does anyone know of any fun ones in Shijuku, Shibuya, etc?

There is a Calico Cat Cafe in Shinjuku. The link points to the Kichijouji cafe (west west Tokyo), but the fundamentals are the same. The Japanese page for the Shinjuku shop along with address that can be copypasted to Google Maps.

Do you mean a neko cafe like a maid cafe where the maid dress as cat or a neko cafe as in playing with cats?

There is a maid neko cafe in Akihabara inside Animate and there is a neko cafe with cats in Ikebukoro inside Tokyou hands. I dont know any other places like that inside tokyo, sorry.
