PokéCenter Tokyo. - 10-11-2011, 12:12 PM

Good afternoon Forum,

I'd like to ask a very specific question regarding a/the Pokémon Center in Tokyo. I know there's one located in Hamamatsu. However, since I'll be staying in Tokyo and do not feel the need to explore any further than beyond Yokohama I'd like to ask if there's a Pokémon Center somewhere in the Tokyo/Yokohama region/agglomeration.

Thanks in advance,

Tomasu.

You seem misunderstood. The Pokemon Center is located in Hamamatsu-cho in Tokyo, not in the City of Hamamatsu (which is far away from Tokyo.)

If I remember correctly, there is also a JUMP store in Yokohama, in the Landmark Tower I believe, who also have Pokemon stuff and more...

Or was it a Bandai store?

The Pokemon center used to be in Yaesu, near the front of Tokyo Station. But this area was not a great location, as during the day it is overrun with busy salarymen, and at night there are a few prostitutes as well as a nearby hatenba (where gay men meet for anonymous sex).

The location in Hamamatsu is only 3 stops from Tokyo Station on the Yamanote line. You can see the sogn from the train if you are looking toward the bay.
