I'm looking to plan a trip to Japan and I wanted to get some opinions from those who have traveled there. Sorry if any of these questions are repeat.

- Where is the best place to stay when planning to travel all throughout Japan.
- Where/what are must see places to go/visit?
- What seasons/months are the best for visiting?
- What is an ideal length of time to stay?
