My Tokyo Travel queries!

Ok so im going to visit Tokyo in April for 2 weeks and i was wondering about spending money! I know this is a topic that comes up frequently and i have just joined the site and dont have time to trail through past peoples answers. Plus some may be out of date.

So heres my arrangements:

Flights are paid for so its basically living money when i am there.

I am staying with my native friend who lives in Setagaya-ku, tokyo so i wont need to worry about hotel fees etc.

I want to go sight seeing, clubbing at night. I will return to Japan again so im not too concerned about major sight seeing. Its my first trip.

I should have around $3,200 for spending money but i may be able to get this up to as much as $6000. Would this be enough for 2 weeks?
