Haiku Lovers Unite! ^^
 
I don't know about anyone else, but I personally love writing Haiku. They are so easy yet they are poetic and beautiful and complex all at the same time!

For those of you who do not know what a Haiku is, is a poem consisting of 3 lines, or stanza. The first line is 5 syllables long. The second line is 7 syllables long. The third line is 5 syllables long. Haiku are typically supposed to be about nature (but personally I think you can write about whatever you want! =) ).

Here are some that I have written. They aren't the greatest but I don't mind sharing them nevertheless.


Sunshine with Freedom
Scattering across the world
Bringing Hope to us


Waterfall so fair
Rushing swift and elegant
So free and blissful


Cactus so pretty
Yet so painful to touch you
Teasing brings you joy

Yay! Another person who loves Haikus!! I always got teased for loving to write Haikus, but now I find someone with a similar interest!! Yay~!! I haven't written in a while though, but I'm so happy to find someone else wjo loves them!! XD

Haha yay! ^^ Yeah I guess it isn't as popular as I thought. xD

Thank you! ^-^ Maybe you will be inspired to write something soon from finding someone who shares the interest in it. ^^

Ooh, I love it! I definitely get a significant meaning for myself, at least. It means something deep to me.

It's not lame at all! And very skillful for a random thought. ^^ That's the beauty of haiku! It's very good. Keep on writing! ^^

Haha that's awesome! ^^ Yeah, I've never chased a dinosaur but I suppose it would be bad if you didn't catch them before they starting chasing you back. Thanks for sharing!
