I love the Manga drawing technique!! But the problem is that I'm as slow as a turtle when I draw! If someone have tricks to draw a lot more fast, it would be really appreciate ^^ Thank you!!

Ah, be careful on the hand...I know, I always mess up there, too lol...but make sure to have the angle of the hand, and the knuckles, and creases and such realistic. It's hard!! :P lol...Great work, by the way, I love it!! XD

I like this art. It is look like very emotionally and also interesting. You have used very epic layer for got the expression of this art. I wish that I will also make some new art and come at this stage as well as far.

hands arent feminine enough, work on shading and light sources. for light sources, look into something called "rembrandt's triangle" i think its called. oh! and try to get into "foreshortening"; its when the head is turned to the side and, for example, the eye furthest from the viewer is shorter horizontally. just practice lighting and foreshortening; anime/manga has alot more form than you see. dont work too long on one picture. and you cant get faster unless you practice. i was in a game development project for the below pictures and they had me drawing like 20 sketches a day and i noticed i was learning.

this golem is a good example of light source. rocks are good practice for shading.

HOLY SMOKES! KAWAIIII!!!!

There are guides you can look up on how to draw in different styles. I recommend lifelike drawing first to learn anatomy. THAT will probably speed you up more than anything.
