Need help with Japanese artist seal signature or is it Chinese? -

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time. I need help with this seal mark which I believe to be Japanese. Can somebody read the red seal mark to name it to a artist? Its a watercolor of a fish on old laid paper. Please see link below for a picture. Any info is welcome. It seems rather Chinese because I can not recognize some characters.
The title would be ”魚躍：fish leaping" and the author would be "乙(*)仲夏郭去水 書(old form). I can not recognize the second character of author's name. You could find something when you close up the signature seal and make image search of it on google. You can not get useful business resources for free.
