Make sure you don't get cheap ones, things can go really wrong if you do. I heard of a girl who has lost sight in one eye because she bought some tacky coloured lenses.

I love colour and fantasy contact lenses very much too.. My advise; the first colour lenses should buy from an optician, because you can ask all your question and the optician can show you all the very important things...After such appointment you can take all sort of contact lenses with a very good feeling... and please, think of the contact lenses care again and again. uh oh. i bought a pair of contact lenses at a booth at animenext .. i didn't need a prescription which i found weird because some sites say that it's the law to need one .. but i knew my parents would NEVER let me buy them so i just went ahead and bought them .. i know other people bought contacts there too .. =x but generally you need a prescription which is a hassle and plus doctors will only have normal contacts, so you'd need to order online which requires s&h fees, unless you live in some crazy city where contacts like those are common. but i think most people buy them at anime cons.
