I too Inspiration to go out on my own and design something that hopefully people would like. I design all hand drawn designs for my first sleepwear range called Stevie Daniels Sleepwear. I'm not a designer, so I have learn't on the job, hence thats why took me 14 months to get my first range out...
So it all takes time, you make mistakes, but in the end, if it's something you love go ahead a do it...:)
