I say buy it and reinforce the seams. That should stop it from falling apart, and likely give you a good deal... As you`re not going to find something in high quality like that for a similar price. It will probably be cheapest to buy that one, then take it to a shop and have them reinforce the seams for you than track down and buy a good one.

99.5% Positive and over 5000 points? I think 50 bucks is a safe investment.

Actually, from what I hear, the 'Little Chili Lolita Shop,' is actually quite credible.

However, if you are still worried I suggest looking here:

There maybe be something similar in the VK section, maybe on Lolita Kisama.

I have had problems with Chinese sellers before. I simply did not get the item I paid for. However, if you pay using pay pal, you just have to file a dispute and pay pal with get your money back for you. This is the same if the goods are faulty, poor quality, or not as described. So there is that back up if you really want it. [Oh, I should note that you only have I THINK 30 days to file a dispute, or maybe it's 60.]

So were the shops I bought items from, that either never arrived or were broken. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I really don't tend to rely on that rating system anymore. Sometimes I think there is something fishy going on with those rating systems...

I was wondering if anyone could please help me find a hairstyle very similar to the one in the links I am going to post. I need it to be okay for a female, too.

Take that picture to a beauty salon? They'll be able to do it.

If you take it to a beauty salon make sure they know what their doing because sometimes they can't do japanese hairstyles and mess it up really bad.
