cool sites 4 newbies.. HELP
 
dear all..

my little sister is going to her first Japan festival.. u know.. music festival.. cosplay... bon odori.. parades.. etc..

she's planning 2 wear yukata set.. complete with the hair sticks.. wooden sandal.. and obi..

but she got no clue about her hair style.. and make up..
she got straight and long hair with layered and pony..
her skin tone is light.. wide eye.. (oh my GOD! I'm so jealous with her spotless skin.. !!)

um.. she more like feminine.. love to play with colors.. but at the mean time.. a bit Gothic..
and shes 16 years old..
any suggestions???? HELP.... me... pleaseeeee....

I am not sure I understand what the question is about her hair.

As for make-up, subtle is best.

I'd look at some of all the Visual Kei bands if I were you
A lot of the people has brightened their hair (and dresses in girl clothes) You might get some ideas there ^w^
Good luck
And as for her makeup, some lolitaish dollieish I think
