What kind of clothes are you looking for? The most popular brands (Familia, Miki House, etc.) are insanely expensive, and I know a couple Japanese moms that order their clothes from American makers because the prices are more reasonable.

I just have to ask...do four-year-olds usually run into issues with other kids having the same clothes as them?

When you said "princess" I was thinking "OK, 8 or 9 years old", but that seems like a strange issue for a child that young to have.

here grandmas super crazy about clothes ad she lives with her, in a small town. i never question her... . she loves coming into town and looking at all the pretty clothes. she doesnt play with dolls really, only has them to dress them up. shes an odd duck, but i love her and i spoil her. oh well if it makes her happy i am happy. but thanks for pointing out that shes a bit messed up.

If you encourage this kind of behavior, your daughter's gonna grow up to be the next Paris Hilton

she my cousin. she has had a bad home life and i think that clothes with the thrills and such are a way for her to cope in her own way. shes a real sweetheart and is caring... and really its for a birthday present so i think that it should be okay to spoil her.

but all in all ... i just want soe websites, not judgement.
