Just wondering, do you think they will actually carry my size? o.o I'm 5'9. I don't know if that's really tall compared to a typical Japanese girl or not.

Depends what brands you are going for. Lolita brands often have the option to be custom made, so they'll make it in your size. Some of the stores listed are not Japanese, so there will be styles to fit. 5'9 is tall compared to most females, let alone Japanese females, who on average are shorter than people from some other countries.
